The digital event that will shape the health and fitness industry.
Last year, the pandemic prevented us from organizing our first annual Progress event; in 2021 we are unstoppable. On May 29th, we are kicking-off the first 100% digital event exclusively dedicated to the recovery of our industry and to your future as a health- and fitness entrepreneur.
9 international speakers will provide great value for any professional who is passionate about their work. Not only will you be able to enjoy a mind-blowing kick-off and some very interesting keynotes, but you will also have the opportunity to ask some of our speakers questions about the content of their presentations.
At the end of the event, attendees will receive a certificate with 0.9 Continuous Education Units (CEU’s) that can be used for NASM recertification purposes.
After being inspired by a kick-off that will open your eyes to the enormous opportunities available to you, on each day from Monday – Thursday (for two weeks) you will receive a new keynote video.
On the Saturday following the last keynote, you will have the opportunity to participate in an interactive Q&A with four of our speakers.

Physical activity, training, the right diet, and a few more factors can work like a medicine. But are people taking these medicines enough? And for how long?
There is a lot of scientific evidence showing that regular physical activity, nutrition, and other lifestyle factors have health benefits. Despite this evidence, it remains difficult for people to take this medicine sufficiently and for a long time. About 50% of all people stop their exercise program within the first six months. You see this pattern in a nutritional program, but also in a treatment program with a physiotherapist. Motivating and coaching healthy behaviour is therefore very important. It is necessary to actively support your members, patients and customers in maintaining the program. To achieve this, you need insight and a balanced cocktail of strategies.
In this session, a wide range of strategies and practical tools are presented, based on scientific theories and research. The participant also receives practical tools that you can immediately apply in practice.
