Let's start off with a BANG

For this first edition kick-off of our annual Progress event, we want to start it off right. Eleven national and international speakers will provide great value for any health- and fitness professional who is passionate about their work. Not only will you be able to enjoy some very interesting keynotes, but you will also be given the opportunity to attend some highly engaging workshops.

Get inspired, upgrade your skillset and knowledge, meet & greet with other health and fitness professionals… Progress 2021 will have it all. Get ready for 12 lovely hours of sharing and caring!

The keynotes and workshops will touch on business, nutrition, behavioral psychology, physiology, anatomy, stress management and much more.

At the end of the event, attendees will receive a certificate with 0.9 Continuous Education Units (CEU’s) that can be used for NASM recertification purposes.

Eugene Teo has spent over a decade in the industry of training, coaching and helping those around him. He has worked with athletes across a dozen different sports, along with countless ‘everyday’ athletes in the pursuit of improving their health, physique, performance and life.

Dr. Krista


Director of Curriculum at Precision Nutrition. She writes, researches, and oversees the creation of all curriculum at PN. She has just finished co-authoring the updated 4th edition of the textbook The Essentials of Nutrition Coaching for Health, Fitness, and Sport.


United Kingdom

CEO of PerformanceRx Joel Proskewitz has been working to improve the lives of athletes, low back patients and general population clients for over 25 years. Joel currently works with many high profile clients, including Olympic medalists, international musicians and world record athletes.



Thomas Korompai is a sports scientist, Myofascial Release Practitioner, Mental- and Resilience Coach, Nutrition Coach and Keynote Speaker. According to “Trainer” magazine, Thomas is one of the Top Coaches in the field of functional training and holistic mental transformation in Germany.


The Netherlands

Henk-Jan started off as a physiotherapist in sports medicine and was previously a Master Trainer and Product Manager for Italian Technogym. Henk-Jan is currently the International Fitness Product & Content Manager for Basic-Fit, Europe’s largest gym chain.

Wim Derave is a Professor in Exercise Physiology and Sport Nutrition at the Dept. of Movement and Sports Sciences at Ghent University – Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences.



Once a professional triathlete, Dan started DH with outdoor transformational bootcamps some 8 years ago. Building on their success, he then opened the DH Transformation Centre in May 2016. Dan was acknowledged as one of the top 30 coaches in the world by the world famous Charles Poliquin.



Personal Trainer focussing on functional rehabilitation with over 20 years of experience. Currently a Master Instructor for the Physical Coaching Academy and the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Van den Eeden


Former professional athlete Ken Van den Eeden has been working in the fitness industry since 2002. He is currently a self-employed personal trainer who develops courses together with PCA and instructs other personal trainers.



Jaques-Olivier is a Master Trainer and country Manager for BLACKROLL in France. He’s also Co-Founder of Sport Pro Santé (2008), a Training center specialized in Functional Training and correctives, as well as a track and field & rugby coach.


United States

Training professionally for over two decades, Wendy has worked with clients from all demographics ranging from patients in physical therapy to the elite athlete and all levels in-between. In addition to being a trainer and manual therapist, Wendy is an Associate Professor at the California University of PA and a Regional Master Instructor for the NASM.
